How do we create a unifying, global vision for the prosperity of all humankind? How do we create a vision of well-being for every man, woman and child on the planet? Clearly, our present strategy isn’t working—right now we are on autopilot. We consume the earth’s resources to make massive quantities of cheap goods that don’t last. This may make a few people very rich, but it doesn’t create Prosperous Ecosystems or help us produce Delicious Food, Fair Food for everyone, or help us Work Toward Justice.
So what do we do instead?
One thing we can do is start generating ideas about how things could be different. We can let our imaginations roam and explore possibilities we didn’t think existed. We can start sharing those ideas and build on them.

Your idea doesn’t need to be practical or even probable. In fact, the more we stretch our imaginations, the more likely we are to come up with real solutions.
